As part of our continuous improvement plan, we are considering to change our supplier local process of paper rolls for our terminals., and analyse the possibility to import the rolls from your manufacturer. As a draft of our figures, if conditions are exceptional we would at least purchase 12M rolls over the next year 2023, to be delivered in a monthly basis or quarterly, the best fits our operations needs The paper rolls measures are 57x37x12 (Bisfenol free) and would have to be delivered to a local Warehouse in Spain. (Madrid or Barcelona). *Ideally the rolls would be packed within boxes of 100 units, -> 10x10 as the exampled attached, A PO number or reference label will also have to be included on boxes Month Qty Paper Rolls (total Rolls) 57/37/12 Delivery Quarterly ene-23 1.000.000 3.000.000,00 feb-23 1.000.000 mar-23 1.000.000 abr-23 1.000.000 3.000.000,00 may-23 1.000.000 jun-23 1.000.000 jul-23 1.000.000 3.000.000,00 ago-23 1.000.000 sep-23 1.000.000 oct-23 1.000.000 3.000.000,00 nov-23 1.000.000 dic-23 1.000.000 Total 12.000.000 We have no other choice for internal procedures that work under DDP incoterms.
